with one 5368MB qcow2 disk image with empty partitions pre-defined using
fdisk -u /dev/nbd0.
I decided to check the partition table created by fdisk using cfdisk. It
reported problems. Unfortunately the exact message scrolled o
amuraco, your deb intstalls with --force-architecture on Intrepid
64-bit, but the spim console doesn't appear to do anything (for example,
nothing happens when I type exit or ?), and xspim looks like the

manually. When I didn't close the window before it happened again, I

I was just suggesting a quick fix. Long term I suggest since,
- ntpdate does not use ntpdate.conf rename it to ntpdate-debian.conf
- /etc/network/if-up.d/ntpdate does not use ntpdate so rename it

Updated to the latest xserver-xorg on Jaunty (amd64) today, using the
NVidia GLX. After logging in with GDM the system never loads, freezing
with only the wallpaper and mouse cursor. Killing compiz.real allows the
system to continue booting normall

Same here with the same configuration (AMD64, nvidia 180).

The bug should be fixed with the upcoming release of inkscape.
The problem is that the minimum height of the window is high, and it's
impossible for it to get maximized. This is due to the large number
of drawing tools.

I apologize for this inconvenience!
As you may probably have seen I'm not an Ubuntu developer, but I'm just
triaging some bug reports and, to tell the truth, am not expert. This
week there has been the HugDay for update-manager and we have moved bugs
reported against update-manager

I've not seen any other reports of this (hence why it was so
surprising). I'll close up the bug for now, but keep an eye on the
behavior on your system. If it happens again, as soon as it does,

sudo udevadm monitor --udev 2>&1 | tee /tmp/udev.log
inserted and ejected the cd, did the trick of hitting the cd burner's button
also but /tmp/udev.l
I will now package this bug.
