So I"m not quite sure what to do with this bug. It will prevent libvirt
from starting VMs only if the user has somehow played with cgroups.

This happened to me after upgrading to natty pre-release. I fixed it by
launching Nautilus, enabling the side pane (View -> Side Pane), right-clicking
the second "Ubuntu One" entry in the places list and choosing Remove.

I'm also on Ubuntu 10.10 x64. Same problem. Restarting network-manager
did the trick.

'insmod ext4' would be wrong - GRUB's ext2 module handles all of ext2,
ext3, and ext4, and it doesn't have a separate ext4 module. I suspect
that this emitted error messages that you didn't notice, but worked
anyway because ext2 was built into the core image (at a guess).

@tdeering -- I think you are saying you have Nvidia binary drivers
direct from Nvidia on your system. I am unsure how they are packaged,
but as this is a new kernel would you not need to reinstall the Nvidia
driver again? Unless it is a DKMS driver I believe it needs manual

I actually think it's a kernel file system bug. I periodically have problems
with firefox failing to shut down as well (usually with GNOME System Monitor
saying something about sync).

I just updated to KDE 4.6 in Kubuntu 10.10 and see this same problem. It
was also there before I upgraded but now it affects the terminal as well
where as before it never did, I always noticed it in the browser.
