So I confirm it's not a bug in dpkg, it's the libreoffice package whose
postrm script are failing. But the error message mentions files in /opt/
so it's not an official ubuntu package and there's probably not much
that we can do.
Reassigning to libreoffice anyway. Maybe it's a bug in unopkg.

That's good news Dirk. But I think the problem is still going to happen
for other people because no explicit fix to nvidia-graphics-grivers has
been made for this bug yet. It's likely you
reinstalled/uninstalled/upgraded/downgraded your kernel, which may avoid

I could install the NVidia driver after you obviously made some updates. I
installed 173 a couple of days ago first and recommended drivers after new
updates later. I had the impression that it was important to install the
old drivers first.

This is actually a bug in dbus-sharp, not Tomboy. dbus-sharp was
failing to pass the signals on to the subscribers, which was why Tomboy
wasn't receiving it. This looks to be fixed in dbus-sharp trunk, in two
nicely cherry-pickable commits. I'll do that now :)

Well the bug to implement a proper clipboard in xorg has just been set
to invalid:

So since wayland is replacing xorg, might as well implement a proper
clipboard. Please do not follow the path xorg did to implement it.
