11.10 keeps freezing randomly with NIS enabled if the interface is not
in /etc/network/interfaces as "auto" - I presume network-manager enables

fail2ban 0.8.6-3's /etc/fail2ban/jail.conf, fail2ban uses Gamin and does

.mov file frommy android camera resides on my desktop. when i try to
open it with movie player or dragon player, it goes into login screen
after about 2 seconds. it goes to another intermediate screen first

Wanted to add a note -- Resolved my own recurring issue by switching from lucid
to essentially any other release. Can confirm that both maverick and oneiric
work for me, having changed only the release in the call to vmbuilder.
.i.e:
sudo vmbuilder kvm ubuntu -v --debug --suite=maverick --flavo
I have not yet install Precise and my debian unstable partition
does not boot anymore for quite some time all ready.
Please remind me to test it in some time.
