everything was working, then I rebooted and online accounts was missing

I've been observing this happen once a week across a wide range of x86

The culprit was found to be a /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*.list file that
was not world readable. But I maintain my stance on the bug -- the
software center should be smart enough to recognize such an error and
report a meaningful error message rather than crashing.

I tested this on LibreOffice 3.5.7.2 Build ID: 350m1(Build:2), Ubuntu
12.04 LTS with a HP AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 840T Processor × 4, using 32
