When listening to music, occasionally the sound will just cut off after
the song has finished. When this happens the terminal will just fail and

Sorry about that "update", I was just browsing this bug-report and did
not actually change anything - so the description is as it originally
was.
One question though; now that fix has been committed , when can I expect

I tried for some time this morning. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled
mysql which worked fine for me :)
I will consider these options next time.Thanks.
I also did an apt-get clean which gave more space to my drive before
reinstall.

I think I am experiencing the same issues. When I use Remmina (remote desktop)
or VMWare player, and try to move windows to another screen or workspace, they

After reading up some on ACPI, I decided it was that the system got
stuck in the BIOSs’ ACPI code. This is what the error message showed
and I also came to the (possibly wrong) conclusion that this error was
there all along and other kernel changes actually fixed so

I have a USB 3.0 hub connected by a 3.0 cable to a 3.0 port.
I have used this hub for several months with no problem.
When I try to access a device, avrisp2, with avrdude, the hub shuts down and I
have to reboot to restore it. avrdude works Ok with USB 2.0 ports.
