after looking at the /var/log/dist-upgrade/ i saw that there are many errors
coming from Qgis software, and postgresql10 with extension postgis.
I uninstalled completely Qgis and postgresql10 with extension postgis, and
tried again to do a :
do-release-upgrade
and now, i don't have problem

Each time I insert the same SDXC (64 GB, exFAT) card in my PC and show the
modification time of always the same file by right clicking on it and then
selecting "properties" in nautilus I notice that the month modification time
has increased
