As the maintainer of the mysql2 gem, I'm not able to work around this in
the client application, it really needs to be fixed in the client

Would be great to have ATS 6.0 included in Xenial. Since the Wily sync
of trafficserver 5.3 from Debian, the last remaining patches can be
