Hi, I have same issue on MSI CX61 2OD with Nvidia Geforce 740M, Ubuntu
14.04 64 bits, driver 331.38 (both tested and updates versions). Display
hangs randomly when video is set to use Nvidia GPU, but it works fine

And after i executed "ifconfig wlan0 down" and then "ifconfig wlan0 up" -
network manager started showing a message "device not ready" and i didn't know
how to fix it.

I tried 3.7 with Ubuntu 13.04 alpha1 and got same behavior as in
12.04/12.10 with 3.6 kernel. Computer shuts down correctly, but I got
low speed + low signal level and after I tried to restart adapter it
didn't start with message "device not ready". (HP ProBook 4740s)

When i have
I cant listen 'internet radio' when i disconnect from the internet =) It
was a local music.
When i have connection to the internet i have no problem. But when i
missed payment for the internet, my provider disconnected me from
internet but despite all this, I had access to the LAN.

1. Turn off your internet connection — you have to deny internet access only,
but leave connection to the LAN. You may not use gnome-network-preferences. I
use my internet provider's control panel...
2. Move your ~/.gnome2/rhytmbox -> ~/.gnome2/rhytmbox.BAK
3. Start rhytmbox and t

Asus delivered new BIOS update for the laptop - " Version 309 2021/12/06"
(https://rog.asus.com/laptops/rog-flow/rog-g703-series/helpdesk_bios) with
description "Optimize system performance". After upgrading BIOS problem solved
and I can use laptop with the latest intel microcode.

It seems that this bug has been resolved on jaunty.
I can't reproduce it now.
