that has done the time_t transition.
test_gi.py runs a time_t test that I believe is using functions in
glib2.0

doesn't matter that the icon file probably doesn't even exist.

included GTK3 widgets. Since it's not possible to have GTK3 & GTK4 in
the same process, a new version was needed. gcr doesn't include GUI
