Plasma Shell keeps crashing with segmentation fault
To manage
With KUbuntu 16.04 plasmashell is still crashing with segmentation fault.
Check your ~/.config and ~/.cache for Root permissions. Change the permissions
recursively to your username.
This might help.
You may also type these commands:
kbuildsycoca5 && kquitapp plasmashell && kstart plasmashell
Most issues from Ubuntu 15.10 remained for Ubuntu 16.04. I wonder why
they still provide this deprecated KMyMoney version from 2014. After the
upgrade from 15.10 to 16.04 KMyMoney 4.7.2 lost some icons, but not all
icons as with deprecated 4.6.6 version.

Add this ppa and upgrade to KMyMoney 4.7.2.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:claydoh/kmymoney2-kde4
sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install kmymoney
The icons are back then. Ubuntu 15.10 uses an old and broken version
(4.6.6) from 2014.
