Bluetooth was working fine for me but after upgrade to Natty, it only
works if I kill and restart the daemon and then still not completely
functional showing the above mentioned message in settings for the same
reason.

I am having the same problem here... I've resorted to usign MS Office
quite a lot on a virtual system I have installed for testing when I
need. My setup is very much the same as yours, just small version
udpates since then... btu I've had the problem for over a month (since I
dist-upgraded as
Oh, and I have also heard that moving to LibreOffice sorts it out...

I have the exact same issue.. though for me, wasn't present while
runnign Jaunty, only after upgrade to Karmic.
And likewise, I am using 185 drivers, not 180
