Thanks, those are some fair points and we will be working on them.
It makes perfect sense to remove the deprecation warnings for the stable
releases! That way we would also notice the change (while rebasing
stable-series patches), should we ever decide to fully deprecate that feature.

Thanks, I did do some similar debugging on my local machine.
'netplan apply' fails because 'networkctl reload' returns 1 due to a
systemd-networkd bug/race condition that only seems to happen in some
situations, especially if the machine is loaded.
