I have the feeling that many mirrors are not fully up to date yet. After changing the sources to http://archive.ubuntu.com and http://security.ubuntu.com the upgrade worked for me on all machines. When my upgrade was finished I changed my sources.list back to ftp.hosteurope.de again. New updates
