I've understand that, but since 20.04 is the defacto LTS release right now I
think a fix, besides using an untrusted repository, would be much appreciated
by the mainstream users.

Using untrusted ppa is not the proper way of doing things I guess. Nevertheless
I can confirm that using this repository solved the issue and iwd - at least
for the time being, is now working.

It affects my system too (Ubuntu 11.04 / amd64), but I've noticed that
in gnome classic or fallback mode if you prefer the focus behavior is
working as expected. When I log out form unity and login with the gnome
classic mode when window is clicked it gets the focus without problems,
so I'm thinkin

Мaximized windows in Unity should have names when previewed. In my work
I often use multiply windows of the same program for various reasons.
Now when I click on the app in the launcher when it's window is
maximized there are previews but all of the windows don't have titlebar
I totally agree with the idea for the options for the global menu.

I am joining me to the list of affected users too. I've never had
problems with previous versions of Ubuntu on this machine but after I've
installed 10.04 (clean install) the problems begin please help!
