I prepared the latest kubuntu.iso with uck with much changes. Installed gdm.

When i want to install the prepared live image with Kubuntu-Installer, the

in the mentioned dialog there isn't a "reload"-button. I suggested to
add a button like this (I stole this hint from a similar bug).
The user of the affected machine rebooted the machine and logged in

Yesterday, I'v got a net Notebook Dell Latitude E6510 with Intel GPU.
I have installed maverik (10.10) Alpha-3, with the latest updates
Kernel: 2.6.35-16-generic
and I have also the Blank Screen, the VESA workaround works!
But i hope, there is a solution, when maverick will be released

First sorry for the bad english. I have a similar problem with Ubuntu Lucid
10.04 amd64 Desktop edition using KVM.
Any virtual machine with a serial port (host device /dev/ttyS0) configured

This error occurs on my system only if i plug in the networkcable. The
cablenetwork is not going 'on', and the error occurs when turning off
the wireless-network-option.

I am the original poster of # 425312. As I needed the connection, I switched
back to jaunty for the time being. Today I just installed the lucid-daily and
the card now is recognized and I can connect to my network. So for me, the
problem is solved in Lucid.
This is for a Option Fusion+ with Qual
