Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: bb
I am unable to hear the sound track that accompanies the bb ascii art demo.
I'm running UNR 10.10 on a Eee PC 1000.
The sound worked fine in Hardy Heron.
ProblemType: Bug
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.10
Package: bb 1.3rc1-8
ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.
I've got rid of the problem by adding acpi=off to /etc/defaults/grub.
i.e.
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash acpi=off"
The downside is that I'm left with only a command prompt and no Unity netbook
shell.
There's probably a better solution somewhere.

After an update I got a warning due to being low on disk space.
I clicked the examine button, and then got this crash.

I've seen this same issue on my eee pc 1000.
Jason, gnometris shows as 40 - 70% cpu in top.
moli, dpkg-reconfigure -phigh xserver-xorg and a reboot seems to have fix it.
