Hi, I suffer from exactly the same bug, but don't have any enabled
extension. However, I have noticed that this bug seems to only occuer
when two users are logged at the same time (using the "switch user"
feature). In this case, the shell is unresponsive for one of the two
logged users, but not for

Thanks for your reply. I tried enabling and disabling the extensions one
by one and it turns out that this crash is being caused by the Gnome
Shell "Message Notifier" extension. Is there any way I can report this
bug to the extension author?
