Happened again. Briefly after resuming from suspend. Wireless network
woke up in nonworking state and I was filing a bug report against
network-manager when the machine powered off.

I'll see if the problem reappears. Currently I have no clue how to
reproduce. The computer just came out of the standby, i opened a
terminal, started typing and wham. It was in a middle of a command - I
did not even hit enter.
I have had plenty of kernel freezes with this computer 12.04 ubuntu,
Temperature sensor did not kick off since the machine was on just about
5 minutes before shutdown.
