I encountered this bug when writing a Qt5 web application in QtCreator. In
addition to libgstreamer packages that Matt Horan noted need to be installed,
so does libxslt1-dev:

As it turns out, I needed to install the libgstreamer0.10-dev and
libgstreamer-plugins-base0.10-dev packages. However, I'm not sure why
these aren't pulled in as build deps, given that something was adding
them to the linker.
Also, qtdeclarative5-dev, qtlocation5-dev and qtsensors5-dev were not
