I'm using KDE 4.13.97 and this is still an issue. Are there any updates
on this?
When I try to install kwin-style-dekorator, I get a warning stating that

This happened to me also! First the upgrade to KDE 13.10 removed the
existing kwin-style-dekorator, it also gives me almost the same stuff
you got, except mine added kde-full to the list.
I'm hoping that this get's fixed soon, as I really liked this!!!
