What happens if you use "nova boot" command WITOUT specifying "--nic

When using nova-network, Horizon does not specify network information
and selecting networks for a server launched is fully delegated to nova.
I tested server launching with nova-network, but no network information
was sent to nova according to horizon_error.log.
