Which display manager are these systems using?
I noticed this affects sddm (which is installed with KDE) but not with
lightdm.
I've attached a debug log whilst using sddm that indicates the cause may
be a NULL DBus path:

My last temporary solution on that issue:
After locking screen,
When the screen goes to black
I press any key
Than the brightness of screen comes back
And never goes to black.
But
If I forget to press any key
Or after reboot if I cannot login on the time,

On my system, if I press Ctrl+Alt+Backspace, I can't get back the screen.
But in dark mode (nothing on screen) if I press Ctrl+Alt+F1 than Ctrl+Alt+Del,
I can reboot system.

Actually, I fixed this issue on my system by downgrading my nVidia
drivers from v352.41 back to 346.96. What video card are you using?
