Thanks for following up. I had forgotten about this bug as I haven't had
trouble with this in probably 6 months or more. Other than installing
software updates, I didn't do anything to fix it. But it seems to be
resolved for me.

This seems to be a kernel/firmware issue, but the attached logs do not
reveal much information when it occurs. I'll suggest you to:
1. try to capture the log with `apport` after the symptom happens again.
If you're not the reporter, file a new bug instead.
2. please try new kernel from Focal or m

After testing for the last week, the new kernel has not completely
solved the problem, though bluetooth does crash less frequently (once
every day or two instead of multiple times per day) when using the new
kernel.
