mousewheel.horizscroll.withnokey.action is set to "2".

mousewheel.horizscroll.withnokey.action-setting in about:config? This
should be set to "0".

this is not a bug in firefox, but rather how the horizontal touchpad is
mapped to virtual mouse buttons in X. dunno where to reassign it, thus
adding a tag so people from QA take a look.
