Hi there
Does this happens with just icq buddies or the ones from jabber, msn, etc. Is
this reproducible with a new user account?.

I couldn't reproduce this, works fine for me, block and unblock with my
icq account, just to be clear, when i ask you to try to reproduce this
with a new account, i mean a user account in your machine, not a new icq
account.
for instance, create the account with
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~ $ sudo create
ok, even with a new account, i doesn't work, but i found out that in
both account it is possible to remove users from the lists, but an add
is not possible... for exampe can i delete someone from the block list,
but i cannot read the user with pidgin, with normal icq under windows it
works.

ok, im sry, i doesn't work either, i just don't get a message, but the
next time i restart pidgin the list is not changed any more...
