May be fixed by using packages from Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (focal). I placed
them into my PPA -
https://launchpad.net/~nrbrtx/+archive/ubuntu/fritzing .
So bug is "fixable" by using packages from my PPA:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nrbrtx/fritzing
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install fritzing
