I was unable to reproduce this behavior in 9.10 testing a number of
plugins. I wasn't able to find a Spectrograph plugin, but all the
amplifier plugins I tried (did not use any that gave the "Plugin not RT
capable" warning though). Marking this bug as Incomplete for now as
it's unclear which plug
is the same in 9.04
