Hello. Just came across this bug and thought i'd reopen it.

this is happening to me too,
um using 9.10 and the problem stills,
it cant detect the native resolution of the monitor, just, minor
resolutions.

Thanks for attaching the Xorg.0.log. It looks like the EDID shows up
properly in the X server startup, so not sure why the data isn't making
it to xrandr.
One more thing - could you run `sudo ddcprobe ddcprobe.txt` and `sudo
get-edid edid.dat` and attach both those files here? Thanks ahead of
