Ah! well, my /etc/hosts looked like this: 127.0.0.1 Caliope localhost.localdomain localhost So it makes sense, since Caliope did not have a period... Now I feel a bit dumb! Thanks very much for the help. I just checked that now it works removing the localhost.localdomain Please, mark it as
