It's just API addition, so it's a shlibs bump. I'll do this before upload if I
get
the ACK.
netbook-launcher won't need to be rebuilt, but I will test that it works both
ways due to the point in the release cycle.

Is there a need for a soname bump? Can you please check if netbook-
launcher needs to be rebuilt, and if so if it still works with this new
version?
