As a short term fix for the Dell-mini, I adapted the wizard interface to
fit to the screen. I basically tuned the nm-vpnc-dialog.glade. It now
fits perfectly and it is not significantly different than the original.
I am attaching diff, the actual glade file and a few screenshots.
