kompozer crashes in intrepid when opening the recent files menu

I believe this is not actual when clicking "Format", but when accessing any
submenu within that, similar to other submenu crashes reported by others.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Reproduced the crash that way on 8.10, i386.
