OK, I have not tried TB in Lucid, and since TB did not work as described
above on swedish accounts I have not used it since a year. So yes you

Maybe but it does not to seem work if at least you are from sweden. So
my final solution was to use a Gmail accout as output server.

After I change to another hotmail account connected to outputserver
everything started to work. So either there was something wrong with
hotmail or my hotmail account was malfunction.
