I'm getting this error in Lucid. I was wondering if it might be to do
with having no bookmark toolbar for webfav to install itself on to.

firefox startup.

Riban, nobody is saying it is invalid, just that the task for
firefox-3.5 was invalid. It is still very much alive as a bug against
webfav.

I disagree! This is not invalid. I have just upgraded to UNR 9.10 and
this problem re-occurred. I had to manually remove webfav from my
machine after the 9.04 UNR upgrade when this first occurred and had to
do it again now. I know what I am doing and it took a while to figure
this out. What about t

setting the Firefox 3.5 task to Invalid.

This continues to be a problem in Karmic Netbook Remix, however, this
only reproduces upon Firefox startup when I've hidden Firefox's
"Navigation Toolbar" and "Bookmarks Toolbar."

I've got the same problem. It goes away when I disable the webfav
module, so it's probably a bug in that package.
