Its bugs like this which make people say Kubuntu is nothing but a blue haired leftchild of canonical. Fair enough software center was not shipped with kubuntu, but at least fix bugs which prevent it from being used on kde surely that can not be too difficult? -- Ubuntu Software Center crashes at
