changing back to confirmed so we don;t lose it. Asking for a spec (and
probably not getting one written) increases our chances to forget this.

Making this ( or most for that matter) bug a wishist makes more sense
than requiring a full spec. Having it as a spec does not increase its
chances of getting done, so just keeping it in malone suffuces.
