I'm marking it as a duplicate of bug #530605 as, since it was fixed, I
was no longer able to reproduce this.

gvfs-mount doesn't always work. gvfsd-smb
I just noticed that, if I kill gvfs-dav (to stop it using 100% cpu) then
I'm no longer able to mount dav shares via nautilus until I logout and
login again.
