ok, hmake made it everywhere (but ia64).
Therefore haskell-utils can go, as well as the entire haskell stack on
ia64. Do you need a list like the one linked in my last comment for
precise removals of haskell/ia64 packages?

we should follow Debian here and drop the haskell stack on ia64:
