On 12.04 only rt73usb is being loaded. There is an rt2x00usb module
loaded but it seems to be dependent on rt73usb.

Title:
rt2500usb can't rout
Hello,
you use a Belkin F5D7050 ID 050d:705a with Ralink rt73-Chipset. Two Modules are
loadet, rt2500usb and rt73usb. Block rt2500usb. You need only rt73usb. Code:
echo 'blacklist rt2500usb' | sudo tee -a /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
Restart and check it out:
lsmod | egrep 'rt2|rt7'
--
rt25
Problem still occurs with 10.04 beta 2.
