I think I should fix that upstream. Possibilities are
1. Generate only hpijs by default and hpijs-rss with a ./configure
option.
2. Remove hpijs-rss from the upstream package.
I think I should do (2), as on linuxprinting.org the information is
usually about the current version of the driver.

I would go for (2), it should be safe to remove hpijs-rss from upstream.
hpijs 1.2.x is really old (more than 3 years), I don't think any distribution
still uses this.
