this is more than a wishlist thing, because moving the appmenu out of
the application window means disassociating it from the application
window visually.
In doing so, the user has no direct way of knowing intuitively, that the
application menus in his panel actually belong to the respective
appli

For the time being, this behavior prevents me from replacing gnome-
globalmenu with indicator-appmenu. Although indicator-appmenu can
display the menus of QT apps.
