I was installing wine 1.2.3-0ubuntu1, wine1.3 1.3.28-0ubuntu1 and
winetricks 0.0+20110402. After ~15 minutes, wine installation freezes on
applying changes state. Anyway, all of the packages are installed and
I can access them from dash, but Software Center became unusable,
because I can't cancel
Thanks for this report, and sorry for the slow response.
I tried installing Wine in Ubuntu 11.10 beta 1, and it worked fine.
Unfortunately the report does not contain enough information for us to
investigate further. In particular, it's not clear what finish the
lookup means.
