Workaround: In Frescobaldi, go to
settings - tool views - configure okular
In the 'editor' tab, 'editor' is set to 'custom'
Change the 'command' field so it reads
frescobaldi --line %l --column %c
that fixed it here, so backward search works.
Hope it helps
Jakob.

Further googling around, according to
http://code.google.com/p/lilykde/source/browse/tags/frescobaldi/frescobaldi-1.0.3/ChangeLog
this is a bug that is triggered by kde4.5 and is fixed in the new stable
version of frescobaldi.
Any MOTU guys keen on updating the repo version? :-)
