Just tested todays git linux-next.
Mouse showed same buggy behavior. Lags after 3-5 sec of inactivity.
As another possible workaround the following line may be added to
/etc/init.d/bluetooth :
echo 60 >/sys/class/bluetooth/`readlink
/sys/class/bluetooth/hci0`/../../../power/autosuspend
for each h
