Thanks for reporting this bug. Unfortunately, lxc is not supported on lucid, and no longer works with lucid's kernel at all. What you are seeing is fixed in newer kernels. If you update to a backported natty or oneiric kernel, it should be fixed. If not, please do reply to this bug. **
