Under kernel 3.7 (raring) the reader isn't picked up by lspci (booting
without card inserted):

Just a note just updated to 11.10 to see if this has been fixed, but its
still an issue worked perfectly in 10.10 so can we get this fixed for
this release ? just let me know any testing / bug reports you need me to
run. Also i have two of these machines one with 11.04 and one with 11.10

I have the same problem on Dell Studio 1747 Ubuntu 11.04 x64.
Before I updated to 11.04 I had very good read/write performance on the same
sd card.
What information do you need, to can investigate the problem? Can
anybody give a hint?
