1) Create a folder in your desktop folder called TestFolder. 2) Create two or more files in TestFolder. 3) Delete your TestFolder. 4) Now create another empty TestFolder in your desktop folder. (like in the step 1) 5) Go to trash, right click on TestFolder and click Restore. 6) Click Overwrite 7)

Confirming your own bug? Hmmm. Anyways, I dont' have 11.10 to try this out on and I left the 12.04 box at home, but in 12.10 there is no issue with this. In fact, it recognizes there is a file of the same name and asks if you want to overwrite, rename, etc. Handles it quite well. This is with: $
