Thank you for the review! After some more digging and discussion with
dobey, we have decided that ubuntuone-client will not use python-keyring
in lucid, preferring instead to see if we can lend some assistance to
the xdg keyring project and integrate with it in lucid+1.

${shlibs:Depends} doens't make any sense for Arch: all packages (python-
keyring).
Someone needs to subscribe to the Ubuntu bugs in Launchpad.
Would it be possible to run the tests during build?
