@Badalian, I would like to re-affirm that this bug is in regards to the
development version Maverick 10.10, which is scheduled for release on
10th October. I would not recommend you run a production server with
Maverick at this stage in the development cycle regardless.

It'd probably be best to base this off Debian's 1.6.2.7-1, which was
uploaded barely a couple of days before this bug was filed. What changes
from Debian are presently in the Ubuntu package, and can they be
forwarded to Debian?
